When they go bad, symptoms 'present' to MDs like heart attacks, I'm assuming. They kept checking me in that manner when mine tried to kill me (almost got the job done too!), but I had to keep repeating to them (with no medical background on my resume) that it was my gallbladder.
Still got my heart....gallbladder gone.(and still, no degree in the med field). 😁
