Boring times so maybe a highlight or 2. Usual hour workout at 9 am. Went out and swing the Superspeed clubs and my driver .

Poop detail, put air in Nicks tire, pack and ship shaft and wedge to Eguller, pick up MIL’s sample at the nursing home and bring it to the lab. Heading to Dunks for a gift cards, back home to workout and do trash duty, liquor store and then to work tonite.

I rarely go there these days, but went today and a "meal" was $12!!! You do need all those riches!

Typhoon If I had known I would have just run around the corner to the nice sandwich shop. Could've gotten something better for less. No dollar menu listed at the local McD's, but this place is in high end cow country CT.

My mediation contracts are with DoN, CFPB, NARA, and a few other gummint agencies. They are all workplace disputes and are typically emotionally charged but never violent.

I'm having some symptoms that are probably digestive system issues, but present like cardiac issues, so we're gonna check em out. Stress test first....if normal, then endoscopy.

When they go bad, symptoms 'present' to MDs like heart attacks, I'm assuming. They kept checking me in that manner when mine tried to kill me (almost got the job done too!), but I had to keep repeating to them (with no medical background on my resume) that it was my gallbladder.

Still got my heart....gallbladder gone.(and still, no degree in the med field). 😁

Thanks! It's going to be a chemical stress test vs treadmill. I've got an arthritic foot that will nix the treadmill option.

Rickochet sheeit, the original crunchy taco beats anything on McDonald's menu... My hometown has a McDonald's, Taco Bell, Carl's Jr, a Jack in the box, and a few that are purely local fast food joints. I alternate between Everything except McDonald's. Burger is mostly from JiB. Chicken sandwich is Carl's, Taco Bell is for when I just want crap fast food, the local fast food joints are a little better than everything else. Kinda wish we had an Arby's in town.

Mine acted like a blood clot in the lung. Took it out in 2012.

Yeah, unless I shit it out and didn't notice. I have acid reflux issues and a family history of heart disease so she's focused there for now.

Walterjn Kinda wish we had an Arby's in town.

Arby's is our favorite. The food is always fresh. My wife likes the french dip sammy and I usually do either the plain roast beef or the spicy Greek gyro. Always generous portions and service is wonderful. In the summer they have a wonderful orange cream shake (dreamsicle).

Rickochet always go for the beef and cheddar, mozzarella sticks, and fries. With either a lemonade or iced tea to wash it all down with.
