Went to, and returned from the farmers market with Watermelon, Cantaloupe, tomatoes, cucumbers, Guacamole, and salsa. Just cubed up the watermelon and cantaloupe - they passed the taste test superbly and are now chilling in the refrigerator. In about 40 minutes, I'll light up the smoker and prepare the baby back ribs for a slow cook this afternoon. Too hot to exert much effort outside, so it'll be an indoor 4th for the most part.
