Boring times so maybe a highlight or 2. Usual hour workout at 9 am. Went out and swing the Superspeed clubs and my driver .

91 degrees and Sun today. Didn’t have to go to my fitting, they wanted to train an intern so they had him go with my boss. Last week and this week have been such a train wreck I took today to do as much as I could bear doing at work. Did probably 3 days worth.

Put this up a few days ago. Great for working on speed . Just using the hard foam balls it came with and some I already had. Real balls are wicked loud.

Leaving for Raleigh Durham for a weekend wedding. Then on to Cashiers, NC in the Western Mountains to "chill out" at my brother's mountain shack for a week. Tired of this overly hot weather already...
