garyt1957 Dummies…. I can’t believe this is something we’re smarter at🙄. All our carts are numbered. We give out a cart key with the number. I have a set erase board with the cart numbers and where they are parked.
I give them the key. I tell them where the cart is and 99% of the time they take the right one. They laugh when I tell them where the cart is … I tell them infinity for a reason.. someplp can’t match up the key number to the cart unless I tell them where it is. I also throw in make sure you take the right one.
Occasionally a guy comes in and says the cart is not there. I go outside and usually the cart is on the tee with the wrong key. I usually say,” what cart number did I give you. They say 13. I say, is that a 13 on the side of the cart?? “. I make them take their shit off the cart and onto the proper cart . Just swapping the keys doesn’t teach them a lesson.
