Donāt mean to bring anyone down.ā¦. But the absurdity of life isnāt always pleasant.
2025 was a bit mehā¦. So we were looking forward to a better 2026. But today we saw several cop cars across the street from us. With crime scene tape around the front of our neighbors house.
Turns out he took his own life. He had his own Locksmith business (we had that in common as I was once a Locksmith). Last spoke to him ~ Thanksgiving when my wife had misplaced her keys. We eventually found them.
We bought our homes around the same time in 2002 and had that in common. I have no problem with people who find life so painful to take themselves out. Just donāt take anyone out with you.
He had dogs that in my opinion he had a reason to live for. And at least he didnāt take them with him thank gawd. Anyway, his name was Brian. We didnāt have much in common, but remained neighborly for ~ 23 years.
Spent Christmas in the emergency room with my mother in law. Had Macdonaldās for Christmas. lol So this holiday has been eventful for all the wrong reasons. Thought my hole in one was a sign of things to come. lol. But time will tellā¦ā¦:
