Boring times so maybe a highlight or 2. Usual hour workout at 9 am. Went out and swing the Superspeed clubs and my driver .

Followup @' 8:30am then I may swing by work. Boss called and said he's getting a bunch of City Bar bQ for lunch. I guess we're shut down next week. Not complaining, but a 1st. The Mrs will complain.

Last working day of 2025 for me. Looks like temps may be tolerable enough next week to play a little golf and I'm very much going to try to. Needless to say, my brain is already trying to start vacation, but I have a problem-solving meeting at 10:00 to get to, and through, first. Nothing much really planned for the time off and I'm glad for that.

Christmas lunch for work at MGM Casino in Springfield. Gotta drive 2 hours each way and it’s going to be pouring rain and 50-60 mph winds.

Took an extra half hour to get there. Wipers on high the entire ride. Never thought I’d get there. Pizza was at one of those Gourmet Pizza places It was fine… it’s pizza. Here’s a group pic… gotta love our bosses sweater😂

I usually WFH on Fridays, but in the office today for our Christmas party. Pot luck this year and tons of good food out in our cafeteria. I'm skipping breakfast so I can go at it hard at noon 🤣

Same here, except no Christmas party. We did that yesterday with lunch brought in from Swanky Taco (I'm not complaining - it was quite good). Just in today since I worked from home on Wednesday so I could plant a couple of small trees on my lunch break before the rain came through here yesterday. Office is pretty close to empty right now.

Sitting here having coffee hanging out with Spike. I’ll go wrap some gifts, maybe throw out some crap, take Spike for a walk and errands. Tonite we go out with my wife’s former work friends

Beautiful day here in the Houston area but a bit too warm for December for me. Gonna hit up some Christmas market north of town apparently. I’m not the decider in this stuff but I go along to get along. Likely come home and repair my son’s fairway wood which I’ve been promising to do for weeks.

Now tomorrow I’ll be at my bar at 10 am, drinking coffee, sipping Jamesons and getting ready to sing and chant while watching Manchester United (probably lose). #GloryGlory

Started off paying bills. Wife went with a friend to the Ole Miss CFP game. Her friend got free tickets from one of her friends. Daughter and I went to Wimpy’s for the best burgers in town, and then to Kroger to get some stuff to eat over the next few days. Did my laundry. Made stuffed bell peppers for our supper. Just hanging out now enjoying some hot tea.
