Drove back home from HHI a day early. Two Tesla stops for 30 minutes each. The station just off I95 in Halifax, NC, has 60 covered chargers, and a big truck stop style store/restaurant. We stopped at Bucee's in SC for our first stop. They had maybe 15 chargers. Plenty of charging activity, but also plenty of available machines.
I was a bit worried about how this first trip would go, but am happily surprised on how easy it was. The Superchargers take us from 20% to 80% in less than 30 minutes. Time to plug in, piss, buy a snack, stretch our legs and hit the road.
