Boring times so maybe a highlight or 2. Usual hour workout at 9 am. Went out and swing the Superspeed clubs and my driver .

Went to Cony High School for my Grand daughter's dance recital. We took the long way home and went to a biker bar out in the sticks. We went there about 1.5 years ago on an adventure. The place is great.

Up early this morning, washed & dried Roscoe. Next, I put a coat of VooDoo Ride detailer on him. Installed new, rear side marker lights and ZL1 AddOn's deluxe rock guards. The more personal shit I do to this ride, the more I love it, 6 cylinder and all. I've added quite a bit of carbon fiber inside and a few outside. The fucker shines like glass!

Now gonna fire up the grill and watch the Reds.

This is THE original Rosoe. I miss this guy, something terrible. He was my road Dawg. He went just about everywhere with me.

Pool issues …. Return pressure yesterday would drop after 4 hours. Pool did have a lot of algae opening it. I had to keep shutting it and bumping it. Figured there was a problem. Took it all apart today and cleaned out the old DE. Went to the pool store and the guys said I was fine, keep bumping it it’ll straighten out. Put in new DE, . 6 hours later the pressure is weakening some. Getting there….

Cut the lawn too, went to a car show, hope to finish my putter build later. Gonna have to bump the filter .

Typhoon What's "bump the filter"? Ours was the best it's ever been, I think, when we opened it. She's obsessed with cleaning and opening it. I get to deal with the pump, filter and all the mechanical shit. Her cousins pulled the cover off, during the wake. They all have pools. She cleaned up nice.

Church, church picnic lunch, nap, PGA on TV, taking spaghetti dinner over to a friend's house who just had back surgery.

LBlack14 Bumping basically shakes the dirty DE off the fins in the filter. You shut the pool, bump it and when you start it back up the flow is better and the fins are recoated. Some filters have a lever on the side that you move up and down. Ours has a knob on the top you turn back and forth 8-10 times

Last night I checked it before bed because it has to run 24 hours before I get the water tested. I didn’t have to bump it, flow was fine.

I'm told I should seal the concrete. I had no idea. We stained the last concrete decking.

My brother got admitted to the hospital last night with right sided abdominal pain. Had to have an appendectomy. Went up to see him in the hospital this morning , he’s doing okay.
Drove back down to New Haven, to take my mom to rehab after being discharged. Got her settled there. Went home mowed the lawn.

Mediations. I'm a contractor so the Navy tasks/pays me when they can't get a certified mediator that is currently still in Federal Service (they're "free"). I suspect contractor funding is the issue because I'm told there's still many cases being filed. I just got this one resolved in less than an hour, so there's still easy ones out there. It's as inspiring as a good round of golf. Feels like Ive still got some chops.👍
