I'm packing my bags this evening and heading down tomorrow stay with my mom in Kentucky, who is being released from the hospital today. She had hip surgery and she's been in there for two weeks.
On top of that, my sister has also been in and out of the hospital with pneumonia. She was readmitted to UK Medical in Lexington two days ago and is in critical condition currently. She has fluid in her lungs that they're trying to deal with, but have also found through scans and X-rays of her chest that she might have tumors in her lungs. I talked with my brother-in-law's mother this evening, she called me to update me. "She needs a miracle to get through this," she said.
When it rains it pours.... but... I am asking for those who believe in the power of prayer that you lift my sister Kelly up in your prayers this evening. We need a miracle from the sounds of it. I'm heading down early in the morning and from there who knows what to expect.
