Thanks for the well-wishes (to all) … but so far they haven’t worked.😅.
Four days after surgery, two hours before heading to the airport, I passed out in the shower. Immediate fear was of mis-aligning new disk during fall - Which I seem to have avoided. But, back home that night, and the next day, I felt like crap. Nauseous, and waking all sweaty … I thought it might have been trauma or too long a trip. But the weird thing was that my daughter who accompanied me to FL wasn’t feeling well either. Sure enough, we both tested positive for Covid Thursday morning. She’s been fine - but it knocked me for a loop (probably didn’t help that my body was already expending resources trying to heal). I got put on anti-virals and they seem to have helped a lot (or coincidence?) … but either way, I’m out of bed now and walking 3 -4 mile long walks each of the last two days. What doesn’t kill us …
