I'm headed to KC Costco for a hearing test and aid fitting. I was diagnosed with titinitis years ago due to one of my high school/college summer jobs that exposed me to an industrial blower/dryer in the car wash. I've been able to get by for years by focusing on the speaker and a little lip reading and facial expressions. My hearing has slowly deteriorated and now with everyone masking up, the speech is muffled and I can't lean on my crutch.
I went back and found an old thread here on some of your experiences with hearing aids and I deeply appreciate the insight you guys shared.
