Bravopilot sdandrea1 Snow/sleet/ice here today-tomorrow. If you get in the Highlander right now you can still "enjoy" the fun time.
Walterjn Waiting for the boss to show up. Getting the big trailer ready to head south to Palm Springs tomorrow. Trying to get something figured out with a buddy to play tomorrow sometime. I'm thinking about trying to get on at the lights at Indio. http://indiogolf.com/?nomobile=1
Walterjn Got everything set to go, trailer is loaded with everything except the horses. I'll be getting up about 1, and starting my day. I get to wrap 4 of the 5 horses, the one that is not getting wrapped is that one horse who will destroy the wraps. Last night he destroyed his blanket. I'm already in bed and working on going to sleep.
ode Back to work in office after being ill Monday and Tuesday, then WFH Wednesday - Friday. Actually feels good to be back at it!
Typhoon Got around 800 illegals upstairs plastering. Bad thing is I have to go to work… no socks, no toothbrush, no shower. Before they came I had to push all the slush off the driveway. My back is broken now. Then I sat on 2 paint cans for an hour or so smashing old cellphones for the trash. So now my back is stupid hurting. Later tonite go pick up Nick at the airport around 10 pm. Tired of this shit... not wearing a mask today. Hopefully the 'rona takes me.
Walterjn Currently sitting in traffic. Someone 'decided' that traffic was flowing too well this morning. So they rolled a big rig on the i10 eastbound somewhere around 6 this morning... It's an hour long delay to traffic. I'm now trying to get to an off ramp and dodge around it all...
KCee Walterjn That sucks. That's why I chose WFH today. Traffic would have been lighter due to the holiday, but with snow and ice here I knew my commute would probably be long. I prefer going to the office, but I hate sitting in traffic.
potbunker Reading my new book "Code Girls", the story of US women recruited to break primarily Japanese communication codes during WWII. Also, "Watching an Army Die"............the use and denial of Agent Orange and Agent Blue in Viet Nam.
sdandrea1 Drive to Ocala to pick up floor/cargo mats for Highlander. Drive to Orlando/Costco for hearing exam/order new Phillips hearing aids. Drive to Cape Canveral to take daughter and grandson out to celebrate birthdays. Drive home. Whew.......across the width of the state.......twice.
Rickochet sdandrea1 Drive to Orlando/Costco for hearing exam/order new Phillips hearing aids. What, Phillips and no Kirklands?
Walterjn sdandrea1 ooohhhhhhh, geezer driven, so at 45 with your left turn signal on??🤣😂🤣🤣 Kidding!!
sdandrea1 Rickochet What, Phillips and no Kirklands? The technician said the Kirklands would be barely enough for my hearing loss. My high frequency numbers are well into the SEVERE LOSS spectrum. My insurance covers it so the extra $400 will probably be worth it.
sdandrea1 Walterjn ooohhhhhhh, geezer driven, so at 45 with your left turn signal on??🤣😂🤣🤣 Kidding!! Again! 🤣
