Not full reno's, been in the house around 6 years and haven't done much except for a little decorating here and there. Baths and shower screeens need doing so it's more replacing bits'n'pieces than major refurbs (although golf_ghirl has priced up a whirlpool bath for our en-suite, bit of a change from the roll top that's there now ...).
Oh and I don't think anyone does "demo" around here, at least none that I know of. Probably why it takes so feckin long to wander round showrooms, you have to be sure of buying the right thing ...
