Better than I thought it might be.
Was making supper for the family and they wanted spaghetti with meat sauce. I'm trying to be low carb these days, so I thought this was just going to be a cheat meal night and I'd eat the pasta with them. Then I remembered I had a cabbage in the refrigerator and thought, hmmm I like cabbage rolls, which are basically cabbage with meat and tomato sauce. I cut half of the cabbage into thin strips and boiled/steamed it for 10 minutes and then covered it with spaghetti sauce. It doesn't taste like pasta, but I thought it tasted quite good. 😋. Now I gotta hope my body's pressure relief valve is working properly once the cabbage settles in. 😅
