Boring times so maybe a highlight or 2. Usual hour workout at 9 am. Went out and swing the Superspeed clubs and my driver .

Played a quick 18;after work.....storms last night prevented carts, so the course was almost empty. Played well. Stopped at the store on the way home and picked up a tomato for some caprese salad, some mushroom/Swiss brats for tomorrow's pasta....Netflix and chilling with this beauty right now😎

ode I was in New Glarus earlier this week and tried one of the Serendipity ale's damn good and not what I thought it would be like at all.

🍻 it's excellent. Their Rasberry Tart and Wisconsin Belgian Red are also outstanding......Serendipity being less tart/tangy and with some apple with the cherry. I don't taste any cranberry but I guess it's there. Never been much a fan of IPA/really hoppy beers, so these fruit style ales are nice and refreshing this time of year!

Just acid reflux/GERD. Got a call from the doc saying no issues. Just keep taking the Nexium.

Mine could be GERD. My esophagus likes to close off when I eat. Doesn't prevent breathing but it closeses fully shut and I can't even get water down. It sucks. Had an attack last night that took 45 minutes to clear. Not a great feeling.

do you ever get food trapped when you swallow? I’ve got a friend that it’s happened to twice. He can still breath but food gets trapped???

It just feels like food is trapped. In actuality my esophagus closes shut where it meets the stomach. It constricts so tight that nothing can pass through. I think it is a defense mechanism to prevent acid from traveling up into the esophagus. There is some kind of misfire in my GI system. It sucks and it is not a feeling I wish upon anyone. Unfortunately I passed it on to my son and it is a hereditary condition.
