Long and wet dog walk, rain was biblical at times. Found a spot on one the courses that the greenkeepers have cleared all vegetation from (I can't imagine why) but ground was soft and a whole bunch of golf balls winking at me. Gathered them into an unused poop bag due to mud sticking to them but they cleaned up pretty nice.
After lunch back to work in the conservatory, clearing out the packaging from the fridge/freezer, and dismantling kitchen carcasses ... one anyway, the other is in decent shape and I'm contemplating sticking it in the garage as a storage unit; we'll see. Anyway now there's room to move around again I can redo a couple of painted patches that need a second coat. Knew I'd have issues painting in low light but for what there is to retouch, it's not bad at all, maybe an hour's work, then I can do the kitchen wall where the old carcasses were (new units going in alongside/over fridge/freezer won't fill the gap entirely; I will do the whole kitchen eventually but these parts need done before fitting new units).
