Long dog walk that got extended when we were almost home. Old lady walking home from shops, some over-excitable dogs let loose behind her, I think by a dog-walker. Warned her to watch her back but one of the mutts (just a pup but the most excitable of the three) bumped her and she lost her balance, luckily she went down slow onto a grass verge (she was out of reach to me or I'd have attempted the heroic catch!). Got her back on her feet and she seemed OK but I walked her home just in case; only an extra mile for me and the dog but got a shouting from golf_ghirl for staying out so long when I had the conservatory painting to do 🤣
Lunch then conservatory painting; that's all of the brush work done, edges and corners where a roller might not provide enough coverage, and under the window sills. LED strip light I bought was great for that, I don't think it'll be bright enough as I planned to use it but unrolled and laid on the floor, I towed it around the floor with me to light up the paint area when it was getting dark. Shouldn't take more than a couple of hours with a roller to finish the job.
