Boring times so maybe a highlight or 2. Usual hour workout at 9 am. Went out and swing the Superspeed clubs and my driver .

Back in the office today. Have to drive to Boston after work to pick up the oldest kid and bring her home for the weekend.

Sophie and I made a run to the landfill. The cardboard from the Weber grill was too big for the already-filled recycle container. Finally washed the Highlander......what a mess it was.

Some mediation prep, nap, sneak out for a few holes later. AC guy is coming today to some quarterly maintenance.

Taken a few days off the internet, just dog walking and lazing around, catching up on some TV recordings. Went out for a few holes this afternoon taking advantage of some unexpected white light (I call it that because it couldn't be sunshine, there was no heat in it ...).

Today, I get to take 2 horses down to the boss and she will be taking them to Newbury park. While she is heading there and back I will get to play with my puppy. That and listen to what most everyone here calls rain.

Raining here too… and the next couple of days. Don’t have to go in to work. Nice but I don’t get paid.
So I need to get to the post office after I figure out if Steve’s idea of putting that golf bag in a plastic bag but now with shafts is a good idea or not. First off I have to call the unemployment office and see if I’m all done. Go downstairs and workout, maybe get to that adapter swap ive been meaning to do on my HOF Express.

Changed the oil on SWMBO'S 2009 Mini Cooper convertible. Car is 12 years old with 33K miles. 5th oil change! Every time I do the job, I smile when I remember the drain plug is an allen-head. I want to hug that design engineer.

I have the right size allen wrench......perfect fit. The plug uses a soft copper washer so you just tighten enough to squash the washer a bit.

I ended up with a rare day off because of the rain. I work 7 days a week and have not had a day off at home since last February. I can’t believe how good I felt and got sooo much done. I even did the adapter swap on that shaft I’ve been meaning to o for 4 weeks.
Dog poop 2 times
Worked out, called unemployment
Changed LinkedIn profile to what my wife wants it to say
Applied for a couple jobs
Wrapped up the golf bags and shaft for Papa D
Went to the Paper store with Nick and DIL, then Panera
Picked up the wife and we all went to the Farmers Market in town
Took off a shaft adapter and put on a new one.
Played with Lemmy and Vinny

@Bravopilot nailed it. We moved the car to Florida in 2015 with 25k miles on it and now it sits here for 6 months/year and then just gets local use while we're here. My Highlander has 127k miles after 6 years.

I took my wife's 2012 Highlander in for new tires today which has 29,000 miles on it. They were the originals with lots of tread still on them but the ride was getting iffy and I decided it was time for new ones.
