Dog walk and some tidying up, making room for some deliveries - washing machine & fridge/freezer. Plumbing was a bit sketchy, there was no screw fitment around the washing machine waste hose, just the hose end shoved into the hole. Nipped out for a fitment, standard size, right? Wrong! The connector didn't even go over the thread on the pipe. Nipped out again, bought the whole u-bend setup but then the sink part of that, wouldn't fit in, so ended up with a hybrid of new and old. Will get a plumber to check and (probably) redo the whole thing.
Fridge/freezer is just in storage for now waiting for a joiner to remove a cupboard for us, and will require a plumber as well to connect the hose for cold water/icemaker ...
