Boring times so maybe a highlight or 2. Usual hour workout at 9 am. Went out and swing the Superspeed clubs and my driver .

6 new tires, mounted, the front 2 balanced, one used tire for a decent spare cost $2555.20 out the door.

Walterjn That's a big old ouch. I only put about 5,000 - 6,000 miles on my truck a year with no heavy hauling so I should be able to get to the next inspection. My next tires may be Falken tires. My son in law runs those with good success on his 1/2 and 3/4 ton trucks.

Bravopilot pretty much. The only thing I'm worried about is the front end bouncing all over the place. I have in the past run a tire that was just mounted and not balanced it was fine. I just think I got lucky with that one tire. One tire took 5oz to balance it and the other took 3oz.

A couple of civic duties today, voted early in statewide elections--requested credit so all the stupid ads will stop coming to my viewing now that IO voted, apparently doesn't work like that.

BTW, Wrote in PapaD @sdandrea1 for Gov and hope he brings in nothing but Yowza babes to collect taxes. Of course, it will help if he changes residence status to VA, really don't understand why he picks FL over VA🤔 Must be the weather.🙃

Picked up litter on my monthly litter patrol over my normal 3-mile trek. Need others to be civic-minded and not litter, today was a heavy day.

backinit this truck is a medium duty, one step over a 1 ton. Continental tires came stock, an I love the ride and mileage I get out of these. On the bright side, the truck is registered to the boss and the boss payed for the tires. I did do my due diligence and found the best price, saved the boss $1000.00 by going to the shop I prefer. That little shop has always taken care of me, and I will go back every time, unless they can't get the tires. Besides, they let me get my hands dirty helping mount my tires, it frees up one of the guys to help others, and I enjoy doing it for my truck.

Driving south for an hour and a half to see if our daughter’s band qualifies for the state competition. The driving and the competition will pretty much be the day. Be watching the phone for updates on all of the great college football games I won’t get to see.

Took the dog for a walk; it was very wet. Played a Texas Scramble; it was even wetter. On the bright side my recently purchased waterproofs are excellent. Not the warmest but then I only had a long sleeve golf shirt and a pair of boxer shorts underneath 😂 and it's October. In Scotland. Couple of beers and home for takeaway food, need a hot shower to warm me back up properly but that can wait until I've walked the dog again. Watching the LPGA for now, PGA to follow and Euro highlights if I can stay awake long enough.

Those 19.5 tires are about $350-$400 in my area depending on your area.

colej about the same here as there. Cost $2555.20 including the used tire ($40) that replaced the old spare I had.

Chilling out, took the dog for a walk, had lunch, and been watching Spanish Open the rest of the day. Won't post spoilers in case you're waiting on highlights. May give my clubs a clean after yesterday's round in heavy rain, the design leaves a lot of room for grass and dirt to gather in the cavity.
