Boring times so maybe a highlight or 2. Usual hour workout at 9 am. Went out and swing the Superspeed clubs and my driver .

Let's see....

Took the dog to the vet, trimmed the tree in the back yard, painted the front porch (2 coats), sorted and repaired the neighbors lites in his kitchen reno, went to Costco to get my new specs adjusted and drove to the Mrs work to swap vehicles ( which I filled with gas).

Almost forgot...Cleaned out both grills too!

Showered and fixing dinner for myself. I believe I'm done for today...

LBlack14 Sorry dude... I know what you mean when I visit my mother in law. Assisted living place... you think back just a few years ago when things were good and she was on her own. It’s such a shitty way to close out a life. It kills me that this is how it is now. Is this how we all end up?

Typhoon the dementia is something ELSE. I don't know what stage he's in, but it's a cross between comical and down right sad. I've never experienced anything like it. Nurse was over last week, she visits once a month to check on him. He's lost 20lbs by doing absolutely nothing, including not eating. He asks for and gets whatever he wants, but then forgets. My poor mother is at her wits end.

Today, I got adjusted by a chiropractor. Holy crap I feel great now! I am currently puppy sitting at the boss's house, and doing horse laundry. Boss gave me a few 'honey-dos', all the work and none of the good bennies!!!🤣

johnnydoom oh, I already know that... I've been working for her for the last 8 years. I used to get a steak dinner out every so often... That hasn't happened in a while now. On the bright side I did get a puppy, and this Sunday off.

Golf (12 holes), dog walk, some of TDF on TV but had to go into Glasgow to check out and test drive a car for #2 son (he trusts me). Dinner soon with Denmark v England on TV then a late night dog walk (or an early one if the football's not up to much ...).

First of five days of marshalling at the Scottish Open - a short day to start with the pro-am, so was back home by 12. A later start tomorrow (am alternating early/late), and will be a bit different with a few thousand spectators on course (none allowed in today).

Walterjn I had the same problem 1 time.....and it was the chiro that did it!! Got adjusted, then went out of town for a golf tourney and woke up the next day unable to take a deep breath, like I was being stabbed in the heart. Played anyway(T-3), and went back to him as soon as I got back in town(3 days later). Instant relief that time. And no charge!

Glad you're better. Take a day off from swinging though.😉

Planned on that, actually taking a couple of days off from swinging. Probably going to hit the range on Friday, play a little bit on Saturday maybe, and then playing on Sunday!

Went to a Rays game this afternoon. The Rays won 8-1. Haven’t been to a game since 2008 when the Rays beat the RedSox in the ALCS. Still a RedSox fan, but Tampa has become quite the sports town of late with the Bucs, Lightning and Rays.

The best part was they were free tickets. Great seats between the 3rd base dugout and home plate. Golf buddies niece works for the Rays.
