Late evening dog walk around the golf course, in the rain of course. He found an old football in a ditch and I kicked it around for him a bit until it was deflated to the point he was tearing the panels off and chewing them. Time to go, I picked it up and tried launching it into high trees ... ouch! Wrenched something in my upper right arm, a real sharp pain that left me dizzy. Home now and have taken an anti-inflammatory, hoping it's just a tweak and not a muscle pull or worse, a stretched or torn tendon. Got new driver and FWs to play with, could do without an injury.
