Boring times so maybe a highlight or 2. Usual hour workout at 9 am. Went out and swing the Superspeed clubs and my driver .

My normal weekend practice today.....chipped it, putted it, hit it on the range. Only 80 degrees here today, but
VERY humid after last night's rain. I sweat through my hat (water was even dripping off the bill, LOL) and through
my shirt! Home now, trying to decide whether to mow the front yard before I shower......Nah....just a shower and
watch golf!!! 😁 😁

Wow! Major milestone for me today. After being diagnosed with some neurological issues with my lower legs and feet several months ago, I found something today on the golf course that I never thought I’d find...1 under par on 9 holes. I honestly became emotional. Life is crazy! Longest drive was 313 and hit almost all the fairways and greens!

Played 18 on a new course today. Drove south to Florence, AZ and played a course called Poston Butte. I have always wanted to go play this course and finally did. $36 for a Troon Golf course with a 9am tee time. The course was in pretty good shape. A couple of dead spots in the fairways but that is typical for this time of year with our climate. The tee boxes and greens were in great shape. Shot an 87 with the wind blowing 15mph. Played the last 3 holes at -1 with a birdie on 18. Well worth the 40 minute drive. I will be going back.

Poston Butte is a great course. Sometimes forget that you are in Az.

played this a few times with the boys many years ago. I liked the course with the red sand and all. A bit of a hike so pricing is good.

Nope. This course was designed by Gary Panks. Very nice course. Challenging but fair.

I'm a huge critic! I wish you and some others could see it in person. It looks fucking GREAT out there!! Was talking to an original member last Friday and he told me the greens are the best he's putted on since it's been open. I'm tempted.

The thought of a real job makes me sick to my stomach now. I haven’t been more than 5 miles from the house since the beginning of March. Tonite she wants to go meet out friends at an outside place. It’s 45 minutes away.... I’m in “old retired guy mode” and don’t want to go and drive all that way. I’d rather stay home and watch Dynasty.

Typhoon I wish I could retire right now. I had 2 weeks of working like crazy because half the company was furloughed. Then 2 weeks off although I still had to do e-mails and stuff every day. Now I have to work like crazy the next 2 weeks and then another 2 weeks off again. We were on the fence about another furlough, but chose to do it so that employees could get the extra $600/week unemployment. I was on the fence as we did pretty well this month, but things are still relatively slow. I know "work" isn't supposed to be easy, but I spent nearly 5 years battling constantly changing management in a poorly run large corp. and I came back to a small company to try to keep my sanity and then the world implodes. I just want to move away into the woods and only come out for rounds of golf.
