Lots going on here today. Tree trimming service just left (with $600 of my hard-earned $$$ in their pockets!) after
trimming some large branches of a big old elm tree that was threatening one side of the house. Would have had the whole thing cut down, but it's on the West side of the house and provides great shade for most of the day.
Pretty soon the installers are supposed to show up to put up custom made shades & drapes that Mrs. Fatshot ordered a couple of months ago. She's been cleaning the room up all morning, which means I got dragged in
to help. My role involved cutting down a shelving unit so it would "just fit" into a closet. That's done now, so
MAYBE I can watch some "Live From the US Open" on The Golf Channel....!!!
