Breakfast, walked the dog. Wish I'd waited, it was way too hot for him, so hot he blanked his dinner afterwards! Headed to the practice ground around 6, met golf_ghirl finishing her medal round on #18 (nett 72, ladies par is 73).
Hit around 40 7i from 160 no tops, thins or shanks - I know most of those won't reach the green from 160 (into a slight breeze), but I collect them by chipping/pitching the shorts and wides for a bit of short game practice before picking them up.
Back to 100 yards, PW - decent spread for around 40 shots. There's a couple of flares to the right of the green and 3 in the left side bunker. No tops, thins or shanks. Quite happy with that session, we'll see if i can repeat it in tomorrow's medal and the seniors league game on Thursday (full debut, not a reserve match ...)
