Today is my last day puppy sitting, and I head back to Thermal to pick up horses. Hopefully tomorrow will be more like it was at the beginning of last month.l, and I'm able to get back to chipping practice.

Today, I'll have my usual Sunday afternoon Zoom meeting with a group of friends. Beer will be drunk.

Yesterday, I lost my regular golf partner to Covid. We had played exactly a month earlier. It's still hard to know I'll not see him again. RIP, Nick.

16 degrees and flurries starting to coat the streets. In true chicken fashion we are staying in until the weather blows over and the streets get salted. I lived in St. Louis for 9 years and know how to drive in snow, but few folks around here do. I’ve learned that it’s just better to stay in rather than to go get stuck behind or in a wreck.

Finished up my Nike Irons. I’ll put them up for sale in a month possibly along with my other ones. I wish we get a few warm days so I could hose down the dogs area. Picked up poop, cleaning the rat cage in a while. I dunno, look around the house and see what I can throw out.

Sorry for the sad news. I lost a Florida golf buddy in October at age 73. Stark reality. Remember the good times.
