Mattyv sdandrea1 Well my new turf will take ZERO water since it is artificial.😁 When I did have real grass I would water the summer Bermuda 3 times a day for 2 minutes. With the winter Rye I would water once every other day for 3 minutes. My back is hurting a bit today. Kind of glad we actually got rain today. I can give the back a rest today.

I can't figure out how they can manicure this place into this condition and keep it like that year-round with these fees. $38 for 18 holes/cart. $20 for 9 holes/cart.
candukid Well 99% completed our ensuite bathroom. Only thing i did not do was the plumbing. New walls ceiling heated floor etc.

Walterjn New water heater installed new from the ball valve down. The only screw fittings are the one that connect to the water heater itself. Otherwise it was all sweated together. Not too bad of a job, just a little damp...
candukid Par4QC its a slider. Rollers are on the bottom. Unique. Yes , i wanted it done right. There was a lot of cutting and matching around corners etc. A contractor wouldn’t have done as good a job at that. I took my time. It came out very well. only thing we are waiting for is the pony wall top and the shower niche ledge. Granite.
Par4QC candukid We built a new hotel and they put those doors like that, and opened into the quartz tops. What a group of dummies. No telling how many have been broken.
Par4QC candukid Granite. Ouch! Should have done quartz. Make sure you seal that granite. It will stain in bathrooms. Stupid hotel did all granite tops, the 1st remodel. Big nono. Last time we did quartz, no problems, looks nicer.
Mattyv Here is a before and after of the front yard. I still need to plant a tree and some plants on the right side of the yard. That will be in February when the low temps start to climb a bit.
