The spasm is the problem as is first thing in the morning. Inflammation is subsiding as the referred Pain in my thighs is almost gone.
have had minor back issues for many years now , it's transient and goes away in a few days.
when it's my SI joint area I go see my buddy who is a Chiropractor and he adjusts. When its just facet joint related inflammation and spasm, rest , ice , and analgeisics/antiinflammatories and gentle stretching .....this one is the latter. Getting a bit better every day
