I played well, but had a triple and two doubles, one being #18. I played the men's tees which was 6700, which is suspect was about what it was in hogan's day. Skeezy drive to the right rough, had about ~ 225 in and I hit 5w left of the green and bunker so I had nothing, and I mean nothing, hit it over, then on and two putt max. Ugh. Had a chance if I would have birdied for even for the day. Birdies 16, par 17, and 18 is a b1tch of a hole. 5 or 6 birds for the day, +3 overall and +3 on the front.....I cannot remember the hole but I was ~ pin high left rough/green side, hit what I thought was a decent chip and it was a penalty stroke just over the green, 🤔wtf. Not sure what hole that is but apparently there is peril just over on the right side. Ended up chipping in for a bogey from the drop. I also putted off one of the greens on the front, big false front and my ball finally comes to rest ~ 50 yards from the hole🤮....laid the sod over my next chip, then on, two putt for triple. Three holes screwed me. I don't want to go back, 😂
