Ours are 2 males. Yea they do smell but we clean up the platforms a couple times a day so you only smell a little when you’re in the room. If we didn’t clean up like that it would be noticeable. We take them out and give them a little sponge bath every week too.
Ferrets... now THAT is a smell!! We were at the pet store the other day and they had a couple up for adoption. My wife was looking at them and she started to say, “ wouldn’t it be...” and I said “no, that smell is awful and we’re in this huge store...”
Yesterday our dog breeder/dog slender said an email with pics of a 5 year old Siberian she was retiring from the sled team and was looking for a home for her. Wife says, “what’s the upside to having 5 dogs?” I said, “ none”
