Mattyv I am dealing with humans at work today. Not my favorite part of the job but it comes with the paycheck. I have one employee who can't separate people being a-holes while doing their jobs from thinking it is a personal attack on her. I have another group going behind the back of that person to get stuff they want but were denied. Too much drama for my liking and both are stubborn and somewhat irrational. At least I finished all of my real work earlier this week so it is not cutting into my productivity.
Employment would be WAY easier without humans. On the other hand, my part time income doing workplace dispute mediations would dry up and I'd have to quit ho-ing,
