Rickochet I mowed/mulched today for the last time this year. The grass has finally quit growing. I can't ever remember mowing this late in the year.
CallMeAl Played 18 with the Mrs and some friends at our sister course. 68* today. Played outta my arse! 73 with 3 birds! (Par 71) Missed only 2 fairways! Then out to dinner. Spicy Asian Wings and Cold Brew! Home now...Hot Shower and a nightcap...I'm whooped!
ode Got to 50 today so I played golf, then hit up my favorite taproom and enjoyed a Creme de Stout,..milk stout with chocolate malt and creme de mint.....now a rye wine aged in rye whiskey barrels. Unique .... Can't say I've ever had anything similar.

sdandrea1 Played 18 with my VA buds, Thursday 4-man scramble. -5 got us 3rd place and our $5 back. Beautiful day, sunny 55 degrees. Met @Bravopilot in person when he dropped off my Grape Nuts and a few putter grips for his new Scotty Camerons.
johnnydoom Played 18 with my son. We looked like two of the Three Stooges on the front nine. Both played much better on the back. He normally drives the ball about the same distance I do (230 yards or so), but he blasted one off the center of the club on 18 that went about 50 yards past mine, which was at 240. It was bluebird skies and 74 degrees for the high today. I think half the county went out to play golf today.
Bravopilot I use a challenge coin--goes back to when I played with other AF types and need to keep it handy to avoid buying rounds.
LogicalOne What I ordered today can’t equal those two! 🙂 But I found a couple of good deals and decided to spend a few dollars to bring some in. Neoprene can holders and poker chips/ball markers (both sides shown). Just the proofs....
