Boring times so maybe a highlight or 2. Usual hour workout at 9 am. Went out and swing the Superspeed clubs and my driver .

He is probably referring to the low alcohol content and watered down taste. I myself can only drink that shit if It's the only thing available. Not much flavor to it and takes to many of them to feel any affect.

Weirfan They start work at 4:30am at my course in summer

We normally start at 6, unless something special is going on. I've tried to get them to start earlier, but these young guys can't handle it. The Super and Assistants are, usually the last guys there. I used to get there 1/2 hour early, regardless of when we started, but got tired of sitting in the lot. My pay grade don't rate a key, I reckon. This shit started for me when I started working for younger guys. My last place, I started as early as I wanted to get there.

I never loved the taste anyway and I'm a long distance runner, not a sprinter. I drink Coor's Light, no taste and no headaches. Although I haven't had a beer since my sister's celebration of life, 10/3, and prior to that, my buddy's dad's celebration of life in June.

Can't stand bitter beer. I like Bud Light. It's probably tied for option number 2, with Keystone Light.

Typhoon You’re a hero.

I used to tell my sister that, many many times, after she raised 2 young ladies into 2 beautiful people, 21 & 29, basically alone, after their dad decided to love crack more than he loved them 3 beautiful people. He was a great fucking dad too, or portrayed one. Have beautiful grandbabies, both of them. I was the last one to find out, after I waited to give him 1 of many small loans, that he never paid.

Anyhoo, she would tell me "Shut up. What other choice do I have?" She was my favorite person on the planet to hang with and I love my Mom more than life itself. She, Sissy, was a "crowd crystal" and THE most selfless person I know.

PS- my brother just left about an hour ago and we had a good time. It's nice to compare pain.

Dentist appt today, hard to believe 3 months has already passed since last one.
Rake leaves and shaft up that PXG head with an Oban
steak dinner and some wine to wrap up the day.

check the TV football schedule first though and "plan my day!"

My daughter has their 1st basketball 🏀 scrimmage this afternoon. Not allowed to go, but they're gonna live stream it. Looking forward to this season. Then, R & R & R with the boob tube. Invited to watch the Ohio State game at a former Asst that I worked with at Beckett Ridge Country Club. Still friends after all these years. His dad was the Super and was killed on the job when he was hit by a van on a spray rig. Knocked him off and hit his head on a fire hydrant. Sad sad story, but true.

Looking for something and ran into these - my 225 and 210 yard clubs from “back in the day”. Found the 2 iron for $5 in the bargain barrel and got 20 years of faithful play from it before my swing speed became less suitable for it. The System 2 3 wood was money but I can’t get 200 yards out of the steel shaft now -didn’t realize that it must have been an early usage of “Speed Foam” 😆
