Boring times so maybe a highlight or 2. Usual hour workout at 9 am. Went out and swing the Superspeed clubs and my driver .

Actually, the rounds have been fairly quick, as crowded as the courses have been; never over 3 hours. Even if I played through, there would just be another group ahead. I'll throw down another ball a lot of times, and maybe try a different club to check distances, or drop 2-3 balls on the green; never holding anyone up. Like range time and golf all in one.

Rex... and not one person ever complains about the price. Never had someone come in and say, “ shit, that’s a lot, I’ll walk.” I suggested they go up a couple bucks next year.... they will pay it because they ALL bring coolers and or cases of beer with them. Guys come wearing a backpack and dragging the golf bag by the handle... walking is out of the question.

So just imagine when I post that out of 33 consecutive groups of 4somes we have only 3 individuals that walk...$$$. It’s like that especially Saturday and Sunday between 9 and 11 we rent out all 50 carts, we run out.

Typhoon If you are that busy, you should make it a 'carts only' course. And BTW, get a lot more carts to keep people happy. There are many courses where they do not allow walkers at all, and some courses only until a certain time of day. OTOH, a few courses are no carts, but they are the elites.

I mentioned it but they don’t even consider it.... the cart area won’t fit more carts was the response.... whatever🙄

ive even just said why don’t we do that, just include the cart in the price... Nope.

Back from the State University campus visit. Nice place - I kind of hope that is where the boy picks.

Taking the daughter to school this morning and then it's back to work. Dreaming of more golf, the weather is looking good and my swing is rounding into shape just as Winter is around the corner. Still can't putt though - I might have set some sort of record for 3 putt bogeys in the past two rounds.

Just work today. Played yesterday in a bit of rain and cold and won $11. Played Saturday in brutal wind with fast greens and finished 5th out of about 180 guys in final stroke play tourney. I only shot an 86, but it was difficult. I saw a bunch of single digit guys shoot 90 or more so an 86 with a 18 index was pretty good. I was only a shot out of 2nd place, but matching cards dropped me back a few spots....probably the triple I made on 11 😬 ...top 10 spots paid though!

Looks like I’m going to work to answer the phone. Not much going on....other than a wake I went to a few months ago, today is my first day in long pants since May.

Played 18 yesterday on a beautiful fall day! Today, the plan is to move the porch furniture to the utility shed for the
winter and roll up the indoor/outdoor carpet. Lousy weather coming tomorrow and for the next few days, so I better get it done....!

We still have a few more weeks of decent weather before I take everything in. Might get out to play today. Dropped my father off at the hospital at 6am to have a stent done, picked up a lot of poop after a rainy day yesterday.

Quarantine day #5 for me and the Mrs. Day # 7 for Pay. Still zero symptoms. Pay's allowed back to school on the 21st, I can't go back to work until the 24th. Makes sense. 🙄
