His name is Obadiah, and he is my daughter's pet. Rather an uninvolving pet (they're exclusively nocturnal and he's only out in the open in daylight when I pull him out of his house. Cute and, if carefully handled, cuddly. (The hedgehog, not me). Had him for about 3 and a half years. If all goes as planned, he'll soon have a kitten to be named Wumbo to compete for affection with.
