Boring times so maybe a highlight or 2. Usual hour workout at 9 am. Went out and swing the Superspeed clubs and my driver .

My dad was too cheap. When we finally got an AC unit he wouldn't turn it on and there was no way he was plugging in a bug zapper lol.

Starting a reshaft of my wilson pi5s from TT Extralite x to Nippon 1050 GH S. There is a bit of controversy with the new shafts.......not sure if these are .370 or .355.

backinit I changed out the XP95 R300 shafts in my Rogues to these 1050GH S shafts. BIG difference in feel and play, even with the stiffer flex. Mine were .370.

Trying to get a tip weight out of a V-Steel head I picked up with a bunch of others. Must've had a steel shaft in it since there wouldn't be enough insertion depth otherwise. If that's successful, I have a nice YS-7 .350" shaft waiting that must have been in another fairway since it's too short for a driver. A couple of other heads to clean up, shaft up, give 'em a try, then send them packing.

I am installing some extensions into a set of Cally Rogue X graphite irons. I am using these extenders. They are a bit expensive but you stick the graduated gauge into the shaft butt end until it gets snug and match the color on the gauge to the color to the chart. There are 12 different graphite sizes and 5 for steel. These are fluted on the end that goes into the shaft. They fit very snuggly and do not require any tape build up to match the shaft ID. You can extend a club out 2 - 3 inches depending on flex. My Rogue irons were listed at (-1/2") in length and 2° flat. I am taking them out 2 1/2" to my usual +2" (yes, 38" wedges). 😁

Par4QC Yep, mine are marked .355, but in reality are .370...fitting the 4 and 5 iron now. At least they are cut to length. I'm not tipping them so there is one thing I don't have to mess with.

YourProGolfShop, based in Louisville. If you only get extenders you can select $2.75 USPS envelope shipping. He has an EBAY shop also. I have seem them on EBAY and other websites as well. Quick shipping. Scroll down under "Description" for more info. One thing the info sheet says that the online doesn't is regarding length. Online it recommends 2" max extension for "swinging clubs." The info sheet says 2" max for S and X flex clubs, 2 1/2" for R flex, and 3" for A or L.

Cut the lawn and vacuum this morning and a Private course invite this afternoon. Hate to say no because its a good buddy, great course and free, however being the invitee I am somewhat obligated to buy a round of beers and pick up the apres golf eats and drinks tab, which will amount to more than the $150 guest green fee.

I have been working on a plan, it is legit....i have two senior dogs and have said I will drive myself and leave after the round early to get back to feed and let them out. I will buy a couple rounds on the course and leave after. Obviously will offer to pay for the round but it is always met with a no. I treat him at my course but my guest rate is 1/4 of his .
