1) Switch all picks (absolute must)
2) no one will be guarding OB, they will be in the middle to help, in between the basket and the grouping of players.
The first vid (shown from opposite angle of the inbounds play), this most recent one it's harder to see. But the girl guarding the picker did not switch, mistake #1, she went to the ball after it was in bounded (mistake #2), the girl guarding the Mason girl who hit the winning floater, went over the pick (mistake #3), and the girl guarding the Mason player who the ball was in bounded to was in no man's land (not close enough to guard her assignment and too far away to get to anyone else that ball would have been passed to (mistake #4)......All 4 led to an open lane with none of those players being able to challenge the pass or the shot! It's possible the opposing team coach had it set and the players went rogue, but I suspect not!
Easier said then done and easier said after the fact!
