Went to a recycling event put on by our city.....dropped off several quarts of used motor oil, some
insecticides, etc. that have been sitting in the garage for a couple of years....
Then went out to the course for some practice. Chipped and putted, then did a few drills and hit about
20-30 7-irons straight into a strong wind. I couldn't believe how crowded the course was.....some kind
of charity outing going on, so good for them at this time of year!
As I was heading back to my car, I walked past FOUR beautiful 15-20 foot Red Maple trees, each with a huge ball of earth ready to plant. Glad to see owners who aren't afraid to put a little money back into the golf course!!
