Boring times so maybe a highlight or 2. Usual hour workout at 9 am. Went out and swing the Superspeed clubs and my driver .

sdandrea1 Yeah but you let that edge go for too long and it takes a lot to get it back to where you want it. I keep a straight edge along the driveway and sidewalk and you gotta keep on it.

Therin lies my woe. I'm going to use the edger attachment to cut along the sidewalks and curbs, them I'll have something easy to maintain.

sdandrea1 That’s the way to go…I turn the string trimmer upside and cut the edge that way. It’s tiring. I did a nice job the other day along my paver walkway before I put down the sand.

The trimmer we have has a steel cutting wheel for sidewalk edging. I'm gonna try it.

Typhoon I can't....

After weeks of nice upper 70's dry weather I have been trying to get my outdoor chores finished before the weather changes. Well today we have 40's windy and rain. I mulched the yard yesterday and this morning it looks like I didn't do squat. Leaves everywhere from my neighbor's trees. Fortunately I don't have to do any raking. I have a super duty cordless leaf blower from Worx that gets them out to where I can mulch them up with my Toro mower that turns them into dust. 😛

Power washed all the spider-webby thingies off the front of the house, soffets and sills. Now I see how SpiderMan can do what he does. Those little ball-shaped bastages are clingy!

Power washed the mildew off the walkway around the side of the house and back paver patio. All clean!!!
