Boring times so maybe a highlight or 2. Usual hour workout at 9 am. Went out and swing the Superspeed clubs and my driver .

I own most of the equipment that I need to do the work; bobcat, truck, flat trailer, dump trailer, roller, compactor, and other various small tools.

My son in law and I will do all the site work (usually after we got off work or on weekends) removal of dirt and concrete, set forms, grade gravel and compact. Once we get it to that point I know several concrete finishers and bring them in for the big pours.

Dump run then I removed the front door slab, cut a 23x37 hole in it then installed a 22x36 insert in it. Roto tilled the immediate area in front of the front steps so the wife could install 4" block in front to stabilize the area some. Almost football time!

backinit I’m amazed at how dead the course is when the Patriots are playing. It’s like the people are playing in the games…. They’ll give up a beautiful day just to stay home and “support the team”🙄… like the Pats give a fuck that YOU just gave up perfect weather to watch them. I’ve never understood that.

I always said, when Tom Brady gives up his free time to golf to come watch me work… then maybe.

Typhoon I don't understand why people have to go watch their favorite team in the 1st place... I can catch highlights after the game. Not like I'm betting any money on the outcome.

Same here.....I went out to the local club to chip, putt and hit a few balls Sunday, while the Cleveland
Browns and Detroit Lions were both playing their opening games. Amazing how many homes on the
way out there had flags of those two teams flying and several cars parked in their driveways....obviously,
parties going on. The parking lot at the course was emptying out when I got there and pretty empty
when I left. I had the range and the chipping green to myself....! Good to know.

Was cleaning out one of the rooms downstairs, as we're preparing to move. I came up for lunch and our dog wanted to play ball, so I'm taking a break from cleaning.
