I have been having internet issues for weeks and finally got no internet connections yesterday. I have two wired PC's and six other wireless devices. I by-passed the WIFI router and connected directly to the PC and got good connections. So, off to Walmart to get a new router. So, I got it home opened the box and there were virtually no instructions. All it showed were the contents of the box and a QR code. So, I stumble through getting it installed. Wired connections OK but no WIFI. So, no WIFI on two phones, one tablet, two TV firesticks and a video doorbell. So I fiddle farted with it all day with no luck. So, I bite the bullet this morning and called customer service. It was in CA so I naturally got a fast talking person with a high pitched voice and an accent. Even using my blue tooth connected hearing aids I could barely understand her and had to ask her to repeat most everything. After 45 minutes of frustration we finally got it sorted out. She put me on hold for about 5 minutes and I am not sure if she reset some stuff then after that I had to manually go into each device and reset the router connections. I almost pulled out what little hair I have left. I have to give credit to the Netgear CS person for her patience. So, anywho, all is well now. 🙃
