Boring times so maybe a highlight or 2. Usual hour workout at 9 am. Went out and swing the Superspeed clubs and my driver .

Well, today was doctor the injured horse, get shavings and grass for the barn. After that I spent almost 40 minutes on the phone with California Air Resources Board. I'm trying to get them to reverse a decision they made about the truck I drive, they are claiming that I can't use that as a personal vehicle due to the fact that the bed is not a stock factory offering.. Due to California smog regulations that are ever increasingly rediculous, they are trying to force everyone who has a vehicle of a certain size and age to either buy a new vehicle or spend half the cost of new on a new engine. So far they have sent me CA DMV regulation , then told me that they don't comply with that?!?!??!! WTF??? Then WHY did you send me that info??!?!?!

Just met with my Gastro doc to plan what I hope is my last colonoscopy. Incidentally, masks were optional in the building. I was surprised to see that.

Need to replace the slide rails on a kitchen drawer that broke. Home Depot didn't have what I needed, but they recommended a cabinet place near me. Family operation for 45 years.

They build new cabinets and next door have all the hardware for repairs etc.. They have what I need and were very helpful. Glad these type places still exist.

The parts will be in tomorrow. Now I just hope I can contort myself and install the part that screws in the back of the cabinet. lol

Yeah, the part that screws into the back of the cabinet would be easy if the new part lined up with the existing screw holes, but it doesn't. So my wife will have to try and hold the drawer nice and straight while I mark the new holes. 😏

Yep, that was on page one, first paragraph. Also be prepared to call it many names during the installation. Be creative and come up with some new name combinations. My wife knows that when I start talking stuff into place and preface it with a high pitched voice starting with "you dirty rotten c***sucker" that it is game on and she goes to the other end of the house. 🙃

Walterjn Is your boss any help with this? Can’t you always say it’s for business? You don’t always have to be using the bed of the truck for every work thing right? You go to the hardware store for a gallon of cleaning solution…. If you catch my drift

And how about if you bought it from someone like that for personal use because you liked the truck and didn’t give a shit about the bed
