I bought some from Hireko last summer. They are no longer in stock with them; probably why the price went up on Ebay with other sellers. Mine were close to spec, with only 1 outlier @109. Best damn steel shaft I've ever used. Just wish I had known the tip trimming is a bit more complicated than other shafts; mine may be a bit weaker than they should be. They were a true satin, no paint. When prepping the tip there was nothing but metal.
The most consistent shafts I've ever come across are the KuroKage graphite(1st gen). Every shaft was the same weight, and every shaft spined with the logo up. Just wish they played weaker per flex, I had the R flex.(never tried the Sr.) I'll be trying them again in the XDS hybrids, soon I hope.
