The only lesson to be learned is that there are some companies that don't operate as well as others. I appreciated your heads up. The website looked fine. I assumed that they would ship quickly like most others do until their email said they "strive" to ship within 7 -10 days. Charging the card the day of purchase was not good. Anywho all is well. And please understand that when I posted previously to "mention Discount Golf to all of your friends" I wasn't being sarcastic. I meant for you tell your friends how bad they are. 👍️

Rickochet Finally received formal/permanent credit back. They never responded once I canceled then I get this the other day. Lots of nerve to call themselves the largest distributor.

I got that email yesterday and forwarded it to my card holder. I wonder what they meant about "real orders?" I wonder what an unreal order is? I wonder if they are still going to ship me grips? I am not going to call and ask. I am done with Asshole Joe.

Not only did they not have them in stock and flat our lied about shipping date, they charged my account the day I placed the order.

Same here. My card is with my credit union. I did paypal with DG which gets charged to my Visa. On my credit union account is shows as a "provisional" credit but shows up as a credit in my account. Not sure what "provisional" means unless they are waiting for DG to refund the payment.

Well, maybe this is the last post on the Discount Golf issue. I got an email from Paypal that indicated that they were involved in the dispute. I went to the Paypal resolution center and it showed that they had contacted DG and waiting for a reply. This afternoon I get an email from DG that my order was cancelled and a full refund was issued. So, good for Paypal and my card company.
