Compact, but not what I'd call " short". It is a traditionally lofted, no frills forging. Blade length is not shown in the website specs.

I can put one next to an Acer XV Pro for pics, but Hireko doesn't list the blade length for those either.

Not really building, but going to cut, install ends on my spark plug wires and put on engine. Maybe start it up next week. Got to rig up temporary fuel system.

sdandrea1 thx....looks like they are close in size...GG Pursuit might even be a hair longer blade length, while the XV Pro has a taller and more rounded toe/slightly bigger surface area overall. The Pursuit reminds me of the TE forged with a muscle added to the cavity!

sdandrea1 The pursuit is a dead ringer for the golfsmith tour cavity forged from years gone by. VERY good iron that was at the forefront of cavity forging
