Par4QC What if I told you that I used your amazingly awesome spine finder device and it just so happened that is the way the shafts were to be shafted and the markings on the shaft were wrong?! 😏

Par4QC WTF, you have to spine HOF shafts?

I thought they would come with a pre-spined mark. Either way, I'm pretty sure the spinefinder I have is from you anyways. πŸ˜‰ and one day soon, I'll be asking you for a Quicksilver!

@Spuzz You can always cover with a Canadian Flag sticker, like the one on your 455DB. LOL

LogicalOne I'm going to say no. I never go by the markings of any shaft company anyway, and have never found them to be marked properly. I think those marks are something else, myself. I 'may have' had but 1 HOF shaft ever line up with the logo straight down; the reason I called you out(so to speakπŸ˜†).

I will add that Penley shafts were always marked, having been machine checked, BEFORE the logo went on, so they could be aligned easily. Yet, I still spined them. Trust no one! Esp. a machine that was programmed by a human.

toraider , you have to spine HOF shafts?

They have strong spines, mostly. Adila NV 65 have the strongest I've found.

Those aren't big enough for alignment aids or charred hosels

Got together all the parts and pieces finally. I've got and old unused set of KZG CH II iron heads 2-AW. Obviously hybrids will take the place of the 2-4 irons. Also have a set of unused pre-groove rule SM Vokey 50, 54 & 58 wedges I re-bored to accept the .370 Recoil shafts. Going to match them up with a set pf UST Recoil graphite shafts and some mid-sized grips. It's funny. I first put a set of these together 20 or so years ago when I first started playing. Then it was Rifle 5.5 shafts with Winn wraps. Now in my sixties I can use the same help now as then πŸ˜‚. Also found an Snake-Eyes Black Mamba 5 square wood still in the wrapper while sorting through junk in the basement. Might give that a try.

First one was a Bang P1 Serial number 200 something LOL

ode how's the blade length on those?

Compact, but not what I'd call " short". It is a traditionally lofted, no frills forging. Blade length is not shown in the website specs.
