Didn't build anything, but had to repair two of my son's M2 irons. He took a practice swing with his 7 iron and felt the head move. Had close to 1/4" between the hosel and ferrule. Told me later in the round that he'd noticed his 6 iron was doing the same thing. Torched them off, cleaned them up and re-epoxied.
