I'll start. Vertex AW on SK Fiber TT75R shaft. Cleveland Launcher HB 5W on UST 55 Gold R shaft.

Mine is rated at 165 psi, but it's only a 6 gallon pancake. I don't really have room for anything bigger, so I might have to bail on the blaster.😩

Just install in a spare bedroom and run line underground to the shed. That will also help to have it quiet when operating the blaster.

But, if it is something you really want to do, go for it. The compressor will work, but it will only let you do maybe 1 head before you have to wait. I did that this summer when doing the TA3 heads. I have a smaller compressor than maybe what yours is. I just hate the waiting. I didn't even use a cabinet, just did them in the back yard. Of course I did lose the media in the grass.

Kind of a must have when blasting. Add a (removable) filter inside the cabinet connection so no media is lost. Just shake out if clogged.
Most of the cabinets you buy have lights included inside. Or there are some you can buy that are protected from the blasting.

All this talk.....my mind is already building another.🤔Only thing ever stopped me was the fact the compressor ($$$) needs to be big enough for continuous operation. I hate waiting for something smaller to repressurize.

No more than it takes, media is fairly cheap.

There's a guy on YouTube named Brad Meehan (I think) who refinishes clubs. In one of his videos he shows how he made a blast cabinet out of a clear storage container .

I did it also. Trick is finding one that's plyable enough not to Crack.

Saves the media and works well for an occasional user.

I made the 1 I left behind out of something similar to this.......

Did a cutout in the top and used plexiglass(not recommended though) for sight. Added foam around inside of lid and it was airtight. Worked great.

If I do build another one now, it will have a side door along with a top opening door. And be big enough to really blast anything of a good size in..... like bike frames and such. It's why I've put it off so far. Plus I need to rearrange the garage for it.

I started retrofitting my headlights.
What they started off looking like.

After polishing. With clear vinyl wrap on them.

With the projector mocked up inside the housing.

Now, I need to lose the chrome, and color match everything, while I wait for the etched lenses to be completed, and arrive.
