I'll start. Vertex AW on SK Fiber TT75R shaft. Cleveland Launcher HB 5W on UST 55 Gold R shaft.

Build a new Thriver 14°; the head comes with 2x1.8gr and 1x4gr weight screws. I replaced one of the 1.8gr weight screws with an 8gr one to make the head total weight 208gr. Used an I-drive Tour lite shaft for it at A-flex at 44" and D0 swingweight.

This was a last week build that I never got pics of the completed clubs. Both were gifts, and so far both people love them.

They both got cut off to play at 36".
The V2 went to boss lady's kid, Noah.
The blade went to his aunt.ill see about getting pics of them with their respective putters, just because.

Put an LA Golf A series High 50W 3 flex into my Ping G400 Max cranked down to 8 degrees.
44.5 inches long. Should be interesting.
Having said this, I hit the Max with a Leveler tipped one inch and 45.5 inches long and was killing it the other day.

LogicalOne Kelly, youre welcom. However that's an easy choice for me. A buddy who has quality golf products at competitive prices, or a big company. If I'm buying big company products, it's going to be from a local independent shop.
That said, I'll make as many of my purchases from my buddy who's business I want to see be successful.
Not long ago I gave a golf buddy a sleeve of new 3 piece balls. He decided that he likes the way they feel, and made the off handed comment about wanting a hat, so I gave him one of the hats with a leather patch, and a single point divot tool.
Hopefully he places an order for some balls.

Weighed my putters. I was on another forum and they were talking about putter weight and how good putters prefer lighter. They said Tiger likes his light too and his putters at 500 grams. All mine came in at 500. Only had 2 at 525…. One has a heavy grip and is 35” while the other has 20 gram sole weights instead of 10’s

Typhoon Both of mine are 515 and do not feel heavy at all, nor do I consider them as such. Winn AVS mid-size grips.

Par4QC 515 is perfect. Mine are mostly around 500. They were saying how Tigers putter was under 500 and that most good putters use light putters.

Finished my Wishon 730 CL set built to TLT Series #6 and MoI heft matched.

Tom Wishon told me that he has been working on a new design iteration calling it the 735 for now but doubt it will come to fruition until the tariff war changes.

Before and After of the top line too. Put the SKFiber Graphite putter shaft in it. Love this 30 minute epoxy since I only do a club here and there.

Typhoon Cannot believe the money people pay for clubs then shitcan the headcovers. Esp. with a Scotty putter! I'd hate to see the driver that person has/had.

Par4QC My wife is one of those.....The first thing she does when we load up the cart is take the headcovers off and throw them in the basket !! 😞. I don't ride often, but when I do, I even put headcovers on
the irons.....I don't want them rattling around and getting all nicked up!!!

fatshot I've sold a lot of clubs through the years. Have had many buyers come back and ask me if I ever hit them. Some may have been 2-3 yrs. old and used every round! That includes the driver faces being unmarked by hits.
My putter was bought brand new when it came out about 12 years ago. I just looked closely at it the last round....still looks like I took the plastic off. And I just put the 4th new h/c on it last week.

Plus...golf balls are cheap. No reason to ever hit 1 that has any damage to it, esp. with a driver face. People think titanium is invincible...it surely is not. A scuff on a ball will scratch the face.....because you cannot see what all is embedded in that scuff.😉

fatshot I do the exact same thing. My attitude is that stuff is stuff. I don't buy it as an investment, I buy it to use. I'm that way with my golf clubs, my car, my household appliances, etc. Nothing wrong with people taking great care of their possessions I guess, but I'm just not that attached to them or the money spent on them. I'm also not wealthy, and perhaps that attitude has something to do with it 👀. But I'm quite happy with what I am, not using my equipment to make money, and not at all worried about wear on my golf clubs.
